Ideally situated on the outskirts of the village of Moussata we are delighted to be able to offer a complex of 11 high quality contemporary Villas with private pools. Nestled on a hillside this Villa complex affords stunning 360 ͦ views over the Ionian Sea, across to the island of Zante and to Mount Ainos with its famous fir trees. These Villas offer the perfect setting for those who enjoy the freedom of a self-catering accommodation.

Interior:
The stylish villa built in two levels offers 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The entrance at the upper level with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…..), the dining and lounge areas and living room with a fireplace, Sat TV & DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi is exceptionally spacious. An outside staircase leads from the kitchen to the pool area. Via an inside marble staircase you get to the ground floor of the villa with all four bedrooms. Two come with twin beds and two with double beds. All have an en-suite bathroom. The largest of the double bedded rooms has extra sleeping space for a child on a sofa bed in a lounging area of the bedroom. Three of the bedrooms are leading out to a spacey furnished terrace leading to the pool and BBQ area. Elegant furnished, the Villa offers style and comfort. Air conditioning throughout all rooms.

Villa Linatela is completely private with a spacious outdoor area. It has a beautiful pool terrace with BBQ, for those who don’t want to miss to grill and a dining area. From three of the bedrooms you have access to a spacey terrace with outdoor furniture for all the comfort needed. You’ll love swimming at all time in your private pool with comfortable sunbeds and enjoy lazy mornings/afternoons on the terrace watching the fantastic sunset having your dinner. The outdoor dining area is overlooking the majestic southern coast of Kefalonia.
